We are a dual track English and French Immersion school with a culturally diverse population of more than 450 students. We offer a rich variety of experiences that encourage our students to be successful in everything they do. Located in historic Queen’s Park, our original school opened in 1911, making it one of oldest schools in New Westminster. Our school goal at École Herbert Spencer Elementary School is focused on the three R’s: respect, responsibility and relationships.

A huge thank you to all École Herbert Spencer Families for a wonderful school year! Whether you volunteered or participated in any of the PAC’s fundraisers or events this year – we could not have had such a great school year without you and your children! A special shout-out to all our Grade 5 students who are on their way to middle school. And to those families whose time at École Herbert Spencer has come to an end this year, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our school family. more

One week to go! One week to go! It has been a VERY busy finish and we are looking forward to sliding into summer break.

A reminder that the last day of school is Thursday, June 25th and Students are dismissed at 2PM.

Report Cards will be published to the Parent Portal on June 25th.
