Celebrating respect, responsibility and relationships
We are a dual track English and French Immersion school with a culturally diverse population of more than 450 students. We offer a rich variety of experiences that encourage our students to be successful in everything they do. Located in historic Queen’s Park, our original school opened in 1911, making it one of oldest schools in New Westminster. Our school goal at École Herbert Spencer Elementary School is focused on the three R’s: respect, responsibility and relationships.
