Knights Ball Hockey!
Spring 2026 registration is now open and we have Free Try Ball Hockey sessions running on December 14th at the Sportsplex!
The Knights Try Ball Hockey program returns on Sunday, December 14th at the Queen’s Park Sportsplex! After tremendous success the last two seasons, we are excited to bring back our try ball hockey sessions for the 2026 season. We’re offering three introductory sessions for children born between 2013 and 2020 who are new to the sport: two co-ed sessions and one girls-only session:

- Co-Ed Try Ball Hockey U8 & U10 (2017/2018/2019/2020): 8:30am – 9:30am
- Co-Ed Try Ball Hockey U12 & U14 (2013/2014/2015/2016): 9:30am – 10:30am
- Girls Try Ball HockeyU8/U10/U12/U14 (2013-2020): 10:45am – 11:45am
This program is free to everyone and provides a great opportunity for children to try out the sport of ball hockey before registering for the upcoming Spring 2026 season. If your kids have friends who want to play and want to try it out – this is the perfect opportunity. As a bonus, every attendee will receive a complimentary New West Knights T-shirt as well!
Please ensure your child shows up to the session with the mandatory and recommended equipment! Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and running shoes for maximum comfort and hydration!
