PAC – Year in Review!

Dear École Herbert Spencer Families,

Thank You!

A huge thank you to all École Herbert Spencer Families for a wonderful school year! Whether you volunteered or participated in any of the PAC’s fundraisers or events this year – we could not have had such a great school year without you and your children! A special shout-out to all our Grade 5 students who are on their way to middle school. And to those families whose time at École Herbert Spencer has come to an end this year, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our school family.

I want to take the opportunity to thank all the 2025-2026 PAC Executive Committee members who have given your time and expertise to ensure that we had a great year. We would not have accomplished so much without you! Thank you to Allison Mounsey who has been an important part of our PAC for many years, including acting as our Canadian Parents for French (CPF) representative, and coordinating the development of our amazing Yearbooks. Thank you so much for all of your work over the years! We will miss you!

We are looking forward to another great year in 2026-2027!

Final Thank you

I have had the honour of being on the EHSS PAC Executive for nine years and serving as PAC Chair for the last two years. It has been such a privilege to be a part of this community and watch our kids grow up. While I am sad to leave, I am happy to leave the PAC in the great hands of Christina Service (former Vice Chair, and Chair elect) and Miyuki Davidson (Vice Chair elect) and the amazing folks on our 2026/2027 PAC Executive.

Thank you again to everyone for a memorable year! Have a wonderful summer and we will see you on September 8th.

Sincerely,

Courtney Daws
Chair, École Herbert Spencer School PAC
