2027-28 Registration Information
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
We are excited to share the following information with you regarding Registration for the 2027-2028 school year.
Registration for the 2027-28 School Year (for new students)
Registration for the 2027-2028 school year will open on November 2, 2026. The registration deadline for the 2027-2028 school year is January 29, 2027.
Please book an appointment with our Central Registration team by using the online bookings calendar found on the Registrations Page of our District Website. The bookings calendar will open to book registration appointments from November 2nd onwards at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19th.
IMPORTANT: School placement is not first-come, first-served. All registrations received within the registration window (November 2nd – January 29th) will be given the same in-catchment placement priority. We will not accept 2027-2028 registrations prior to November 2nd.
Programs of Choice
Programs of Choice applications open on January 4, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. and close on February 5, 2027 at 4:00 p.m.
Students must be registered with the district (by January 29, 2027) in order to apply for a Program of Choice.
Please note: if your child is currently attending school within the New Westminster School District and will be transitioning from elementary to middle school or middle school to high school in September, 2027 you do NOT need to re-register your child as they will transition automatically.
