Principal’s Message – June 26th

Dear École Herbert Spencer Community,

The time has come for us to say farewell for another year! We wish you all an enjoyable summer break and look forward to welcoming you back in the Fall!

Families can expect a Welcome Back Email for the 2025/26 School Year at the end of August.  Specific Opening Day – September 2nd, 2025 – Arrival and Organization details will come on September 1st. A reminder that Opening Day on September 2nd is for 1 hour from 8:50 – 9:50 AM and is for all our Grade 1 – 5 students. Kindergarten Students do not attend the first day, please refer to the Kindergarten Gradual Entry Schedule for details.

School Organization is a very fluid process as families come and go, so a reminder to please let our office know if you are moving or planning to move prior to the upcoming school year. This is critical to ensure we have accurate numbers to finalize class placements and school organization. Our office will be checking email until Friday, July 4th.
